It was in Morocco’s Atlas mountains we watched villagers bake fresh pide in rustic brick ovens, returning later to be greeted by a feast that brought the entire community together in joyous celebration. Tender, delicately spiced roasted goat served with a variety of pickled vegetables, olives & juicy dates; we ate until the sun began to rise.
