‘Chorrito’ means ‘little pour’ in Spanish a nod to the idea that it only takes a drop of adventure to change everything. That’s what we bottle: the spirit of exploration, the willingness to try, to burn, to laugh about it later and reach for another bite.

It was whilst travelling through Oaxaca in Mexico that the inspiration for Chorrito Sauces first took root. Immersed in the vibrant atmosphere of bustling markets and communal kitchens, I watched in awe as moles were prepared in enormous cazuelas, traditional earthenware pots that seemed to hold more than just food, but the stories and spirit of generations.
